Streamline the website aesthetics and navigation – Currently, the website has about 16-19 pages (some content is repeated) and information is a bit hard to find. It also isn't giving a first-time visitor a good idea of who the church is.
Easier sermon management – I'd like to help find a solution to how sermons, in particular, are managed. I've done some research and found that Buzzsprout looks like a good option. Sermons can be uploaded on Buzzsprout and then they are published to iTunes and embedded in your website. I don't believe they reveal their pricing on their website, but a Google search said that it's about $12 a month.
Bulletins – Bulletins can easily be stored on your new website as pdfs. I'd like to manage these with the blog function for consistency. This is what is already being done but with Squarespace, you'll have a bit more control over how they look.

Step 2: Design Package
custom design PACKAGE • $2,500
33 pages. I will design and construct your site up to 33 pages.
I will use your current website content and restructure it to achieve the goals above.
Archiving. I will build in an archive of your past material up to 6 months prior to the start date. For example, if I begin working on the site in April 2019, I will include an archive of sermons and bulletins that date back to October 2018.
Sermon management. I will help you get started on Buzzsprout if that route is chosen.
1.5 hours of photography with us. Photography scheduled for Palm Sunday. Laura Beth and Cole will travel to Starkville to photograph the church service and take staff photos (if needed).
All photos will be edited and uploaded to a proofing website where you’ll receive a code for digital downloads of the high resolution images.
Your photographs include personal use rights which give you the freedom to use them in the future for events or any promotional material.
This package includes travel costs from Jackson to Starkville on April 14th.
Payment Processing. I will connect and set up your site with Stripe so you’ll be able to accept payments through your site for childcare registration and online giving.
1 hour website-management training session. You will always own your website and I want to teach you how to use it! This can be done in person or over the phone. (Travel costs not included)
1 month of email & phone support. I'm here to help you make changes, adjust to your new website, and answer questions you may have.
